1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Stitcho. By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Stitcho is a mobile application dedicated to crochet enthusiasts that provides:

  • Access to crochet patterns and tutorials
  • Tools to organize and track projects
  • A community to share creations and ideas
  • Educational content and tutorials
  • Shopping features for materials

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You can register using:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your information up to date
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stitcho. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you post on Stitcho, including patterns, photos, comments, and messages. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content. When you upload photos, we will request permission to access your camera or photo library.

4.2 Content License

By posting content on Stitcho, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with our Services.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Is illegal, offensive, or defamatory
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Promotes spam or fraudulent activities
  • Violates the privacy of others

5. Intellectual Property

Stitcho and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Stitcho and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our material without written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Paid Plans

Stitcho offers free and paid plans. Pricing details are available in the app. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and managed via RevenueCat.

6.2 Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings in the app stores.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Generally, subscriptions are not refundable unless required by law.

7. User Conduct

You agree to NOT:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with the security of the app
  • Collect data from other users without consent
  • Use bots or automated systems
  • Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stitcho from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
